How To Open A Iconfinder Account?
To open an account on Iconfinder, follow these steps:
- Visit the Iconfinder website.
- Click on the Sign Up button.
- Fill in the required details and click on Create Account.
Once the account is created, there is a lot of content waiting to be discovered. Users can search for icons and illustrations using keywords or browse the different styles and categories.
To find specific content, type the keywords in the search field on the homepage. Use the filter menu on the left to select between paid content or free content, filter by format, style, and license type.
When a product is clicked on, more information about it can be seen. Content can be saved for finding it later by clicking the Save to Collection button. All bookmarked content can be found under the Collections tab.
The Account section is the place to find the Order history and Transactions. Access to Downloads and content Collections can be found from the dropdown menu under the gravatar.
There are two ways to purchase content on Iconfinder: Pay-as-you-go and Subscriptions. For Pay-as-you-go, add products to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Payment can be made with a credit card, Paypal, or with the account balance.
For Subscriptions, there are three plans available: Pro Micro ($9/month for 10 credits), Pro Standard ($19/month for 50 credits), and Pro Ultimate ($49/month for 500 credits). Unused credits will roll over for the next month. Subscriptions can be chosen to be billed annually, giving 2 months for free. All unused credits are rolled over for the following month, unless the subscription is cancelled. If cancelled, the remaining credits will be available only until the subscription expires.
Iconfinder Return Policy?
At Iconfinder, the Return and Refund Policy is as follows:
- Subscriptions automatically renew depending on the billing cycle chosen (monthly or annually). The renewal is charged from the card added to the Iconfinder account. Unless the subscription is cancelled, it will renew automatically.
- To cancel subscriptions, go to the account page and click the Cancel subscription button.
- As a rule, refunds for the current billing period are possible if no products were downloaded after the subscription was renewed. Refunds for past months are not possible.
- For annual subscriptions, a refund should be requested within 30 days from the date of the subscription renewal.
- In the unfortunate case where a card has been used by an unauthorized person, Iconfinder is able to refund the charges.
- Refunds are also possible in situations when charged incorrectly due to technical problems, or if there is a technical issue with the products purchased.
- Prepayments cannot be refunded even if they have not been used to purchase products. Unused account balance will expire if not spent after 3 years from the moment the prepayment was made.
- No refunds are eligible in cases when an account is terminated due to the breach of Iconfinder's Terms of service.
